The Prop 15/3 format limits Trainers in each players’ deck to 15. Players are also limited to a maximum of three of any card with the same name (excluding Basic Energy). (This limit of 3 applies to Pokémon and Special Energy, not just Trainers.)

Rules
Each of these events will use the rules of the time period. For a refresher of the differences between the Wizards era and modern Pokémon, click here.This event will play with corrected versions (errata) of all known mistranslated cards. For a list of all Wizards era erratas, click here.All language cards are permitted as long as the cards were also printed in English, and color proxies are allowed (more info below in Decklist Submission & Contact).After time has expired in the round, the current player will finish their turn. Players will then play three more turns. If, by then, neither player has won the match, the player with fewer Prize cards remaining is the winner. If players are tied in Prizes, the game will continue in Sudden Death, with the next Prize card drawn determining the winner. (In Best-of-3, a tied game will only continue if the match score is also tied.)In Top 8, the higher-seeded player will play first in Game 1. In the subsequent games, the loser of the previous game will play first.Late players will have 5 minutes to arrive to their match before forfeiting, but will lose any unfinished match after time +3 turns expires regardless of game score and prize count.Judges will handle any disputes, including resolving any illegal gameplay, in a way that is fair to both players. Judges will also ensure players play at a brisk pace that allows for most matches to finish in the allotted time limits.

Decklist Submission
Decklists are REQUIRED for these events, and must be submitted at the top of this page once players have registered for the tournament.
Limitless has a super user-friendly Deck Builder for players to use with a built in search tool! Click here to be redirected to that page! Keep reading for more instruction on how to use this resource to create and submit a decklist.
- 1. Go to the search bar and type in the card name, then locate the correct version.
- 2. Click on the card to add, then use the + and – buttons to adjust the desired quantity.
- 3. Once that is done X out of the card, and repeat steps 1-3 until all cards have been entered.
- 4. Once all cards have been added according to the desired specifications of the deck, click Share > Copy as Text.
- 5. Navigate back to the top of the Tournament Page (this page), and click Submit Decklist.
- 6. A submission form should pop up, paste the copied decklist there and click Submit. That’s it!
If any errors are encountered with certain cards, or if entering decklists manually, use the abbreviations below to make corrections in the submission form page. The format for this is: X PokemonName Set X, where X is the number of copies and collector number respectively.

Proxy Rules
Proxies must be indistinguishable from the other cards as parts of your library while sleeved. (Ideally you should not be able to tell by the sleeve openings or thickness which cards are proxies and which are not).Proxies must be original English prints with all appropriate text and typing. Please no hand-written proxies in your decks. Everyone must be able to readily recognize the cards for what they represent and read the words on them.Players may choose to print proxies on regular printer paper. These proxies must be in full color, cut to the approximate size of Standard Pokémon cards, and placed in front of a real Pokémon card inside the sleeve. See the depiction below.
